Facility: the production and assembly of the equipment to the facility "КОС-ЗOO" "Construction of sewage treatment facilities with capacity of 300,000 m³ per day" in Turkmenistan, Ashkhabad.

Equipment: FAAS Trading Co has implemented a comprehensive supply of equipment including:

• 10 kV distribution point - 29 cells;

• reactive power compensation-10kV-900kVAr - 2 pcs.;

• soft start system of six blowers equipped with asynchronous motors AM1 450L2A BSS of 1000 kW capacity, based on two devices;

• 10 kV gas-insulated monoblocks – 13 pcs.;

• 0.4 kV switchgears - 15 sections;

• three-phase dry power transformers with the capacity of 160kVA up to 2500kVA with the voltage of 10/0,4 kV with the Trihal cast isolation in a metal sheath (IP31) windings connection group "triangle-star-11" with the neutral available with the forced ventilation - 15 pcs.;

• busbar system from 1600A to 4000A - 7 pcs.

Some information about the facility:

The total area of the building site is 75 ha. Purification workflow is provided by the following buildings and structures placed on the site:

• main sewage pumping station

• receiving chamber

• building of lattices (2 pieces) 

• sand traps (8 pipelines)

• activated sludge unit (16 pieces)

• secondary settling tanks (16 pieces)

• pump station of the secondary settling tanks discharging (4 pieces)

• sludge pump station (2 pieces)

• blowing house (1 building)

• sludge thickeners (3 pieces)

• aerobic stabilizers (4 piece)

• effluents decontamination unit (1 pieces)

• sludge drying beds (16 pieces)

• sand bunkers building (2 pieces)

• water supply unit (1 pc).

Besides these technological facilities the administration block, garage for 10 cars, wheels wash and car repairs trestle are located on-site.
